Welcome to ExBox Containers. We strive to provide accurate product information and quality shipping containers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the size, transportation costs, and custom nature of shipping containers, all sales are generally considered final once delivery has been completed.

However, customers may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered container is materially different from the product description.
  • The wrong container was delivered.
  • The container arrives with significant undisclosed damage that affects its intended use.
  • Delivery cannot be completed due to an error on our part.

Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the container.
  • You must provide photographs and a description of the issue.
  • The container must remain in substantially the same condition as delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Containers purchased “as-is” or marked as clearance items.
  • Custom-modified containers.
  • Containers damaged after delivery.
  • Purchases where the customer changes their mind after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment is scheduled.

If a cancellation request is received after transportation arrangements have been made, administrative, transportation, or processing fees may be deducted from any refund.

Refunds

Once a return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping, transportation, inspection, crane, or placement fees may be non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your container arrives damaged or differs from the ordered product:

  1. Take clear photographs immediately.
  2. Note the issue at the time of delivery if possible.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.
